Between 2012-14, I was a Research Associate on Cinematic Geographies of Battersea: Urban Interface and Site-Specific Spatial Knowledge. This AHRC-funded research project was conducted by the Universities of Cambridge and Liverpool in partnership with English Heritage. This projects sought to complement The Survey of London’s work on the parish of Battersea, by studying how this area has been portrayed in films over the 20th century. The research project had numerous outputs including a website, a smartphone app, a conference, a book and a number of journal articles. You can find more info about the project here:
